Kazimir is not only dangerous; he's feared by all. No one crosses him and gets away with it. And he will stop at nothing to protect Emily. Still, threats loom around every corner: murder, kidnapping, betrayal. Enemies lurk within the shadows. Dead animals appear along with ancient warnings. And with a cruel twist of fate, a huge rival that Kazimir and Emily thought they were done with returns.

Can the lion and mouse beat these hidden enemies at their own game? Or will these challenges destroy them completely? Dark and deeply erotic, this high-octane romance will lure you into a mystery with deadly twists and turns.

WARNING: Prepare for sleepless nights as well as an emotional rollercoaster that may cause impregnation.

Love this series, I have been with this series from the beginning. I love Kass and Emily love story. How they love each other unconditionally. I love all the characters in this series Max and I like to see him get the love of his life. This series make you laugh cry and root for the success of the lion and the mouse and all the others characters. The French Kass sister. The two psychic who are both battling in their own way. The narrator Lacey laurel and Josiah have done a great job. This series keeps you looking forward to the next book. I would love to see it become a miniseries like the Bridgeton series. I believe it would be an excellent movie for a series. This book deal with very real sexual abuse and how it can affect a child. Though it has a lot of violent but the story has a lot of heart.

Kenya Wright is a ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WRITER. I have enjoyed this series tremendously. I have read them several times since I discovered her 2 years ago. Redemption was the first book I read. I am definitely a super fan. I can't wait tonread the next Lion and Mouse book. Until then I will reread the entire series again and buy her other books. I know I will definitely be hooked. Kenya, is definitely the best story writer and teller in the world.

Another great story in the series. Love all the books by Kenya Wright bit this one was a brilliant explorative look into a shattered human psyche and the strength and importance of love to heal that devastation.

Another brilliant addition to the Lion & Mouse series

I love that after all these books the author still manages to be so detailed and go places I didn't think would be possible. I was never bored throughout the whole series nor did I feel like something was repetitive. The change in voices messed me up for a bit when it initially happened but I got used to it again. Also, the way the female voice did the French and Russian accents could use some work. The male voice was wonderful thoughout, no complaints. I really can't wait for the next book and want this to turn into a movie, preferably a show, so bad. Think about it, could you imagine seeing this in real life in TV. If we can have Game of Thrones, The Boys, House of the Dragon, and other we can have The Lion and The Mouse.

Great Book
