I was surprised that 70+ people rated this as 5 star. The story isn’t bad, but the narration was really really below average. The inflection is terrible and the pacing was wonky. As a writer of erotica who has an issue with confidence, hearing this made be believe that people will enjoy my work. I am not trying to dog this author or narrator, but this could’ve been better.

Super hard to follow with the narration. Just couldn’t get into it and the story line was just not interesting.

The narrator, who is otherwise pretty good, says a character "aKSed" a question (instead of "asked") 100% of the time, making the narration irritating and distracting. (Yah, eubonics, but the story isn't in any ethnicity-specific setting). I wouldn't want a narrator substituting "ain't" instead of "isn't" either. Right up there with "nucular" bombs. Even more bothersome since the word occurs every few minutes. How could the editors possibly let this go through the entire reading?? Chops through the narration every single time for me.

It's not what I expected at all. some of it was ok but the stories were so unbelievable and unrealistic. i figured it would be about fantasies or something that could possibly happen. and the narrator ruined most of the book for me. her voice wasnt a great choice.
