“Lori Foster is a funny, steamy, guaranteed good read.” (Elizabeth Lowell)

The narrator's voice is too monotone - although not the worst by far - and the story is about helping a young woman get over the emotional trama of rape and be able to have great sex. Not a great story.

Recovery from rape story in the guise of romance..

If you could sum up Fantasy in three words, what would they be?

Fantastic, Involved, Gripping

What didn’t you like about Dana Harshaw’s performance?

I didn't like the put on accent, it was too fake sounding and some of the inflection could use some work. But I still listened to the whole thing.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Not really. I love the story, don't get me wrong, but the voice was a little annoying after a little while.

Lori Foster is amazing!!

The story was great. I think they could have had a better narrator. You couldn’t tell the female from the male. The voice was to high for a male.
I love all Lori’s books. I have all of them.

Loved it

Don???t be fooled by the short description of this book. It???s not a fun little erotic story. Instead it confronts serious subject matter. The main character was gang raped as an 18 year old virgin. While I like some of Lori Foster???s work, this isn???t one that I would recommend unless you???re prepared and want to deal with such a serious issue. Additionally this story moved extremely slow, crawling along like a crippled, ancient snail on sedatives. While Foster covered the delicate subject matter well, I was automatically disappointed because I was expecting something completely different. Tread carefully if you aren???t ready to crawl into the serious quicksand filling this slow moving story. I definitely regret the purchase.

An old snail, quicksand & not-so-romantic material
