This book picks up right where the cliffhanger ending in Goldsin left off. Aurelia’s rage builds, which is understandable after everything she’s been through! There is no way Julian is endgame after becoming more like his father and selling her off! The first half dragged on, but the plot gets better, only to become messy. I'm going to stick with it because I want to know once Julian finds out the truth and how his horrible mother meets her fate.
