I've noticed with this author its not quite the story in the description. It's not a breeding kink as much as possessive attitude with wanting more ties by wanting baby. Also, the age gap in this was way too much.. 45 yr old MMC and 18 yr old FMC, ya, they'd have zero in common and the maturity level and life experience... not at all realistic.

HFN, no real epilogue just MMC visualizing their future... not as satisfying as an Epilogue.
