Highway patrolmen sure have the life! At least that’s how lifelong pervert Luke Lancaster sees it. After hearing his uncle Arlo, a member of the El Paso police department, go on and on about the many sexy ladies he’s strip-searched beside the road outside El Paso, Texas, he’s decided that he wants in on that action!
Problem is, he’s too chicken to become a real cop. And now, at forty, his tech company has earned him more money than he knows what to do with. He doesn’t need the job anyway. But he would like some of the thrill!
So, after buying a phony unmarked police cruiser and paying off the police chief, Luke starts patrolling the south Texas highways in search of some shivering females to bend over the hood of that new police car of his.
On one particularly scorching day, Luke hits the jackpot—a curvy blonde and her husband tooling along in their Mustang. And they sure look nervous when he pulls them over and informs them that, in the name of “enhanced security,” every fiftieth car must be searched.
Or, rather, the hot babe in every fiftieth car!
The thing is, they looked nervous even before he told them that! Hm, well, it turns out that, while in Mexico, this innocent, middle-aged couple bought a bit of pot to try when they get home. After all, it’s legal in Connecticut now.
Well, it isn’t legal in Texas! And that can only mean…

And that’s just for starters. Luke knows a whole bunch of ways to make cavity searches extra thorough—and extra humiliating for the lady. Especially a lady as modest and inhibited as this one! Unfortunately, even though Luke’s search turns up nothing, there is still the matter of the pot they had in the car.
