I just finished the third installment of this series. I am speechless. The talent of this author is amazing. I really enjoyed the first book, was slightly disappointed in the second, but this third book is amazing. It takes twists and turns you do not expect. The imagination of this author is amazing and the fact that she can write such a vivid account and include romance without sex is amazing. Yes there is mind blowing sex in this last book ... but King and Mia's story takes so many turns .... and there are so many dimensions to this story!! I think she is going to continue to tell the stories of the subcharacters (one can only hope).

Ms Wick does an excellent performance throughout the series! Brava!

This trilogy is not only about romance but a paranormal happening that becomes the focus of the love story. A resolution that is hard to find and some very shady characters. I found it worth it. There is mystery and romance.

Was not a fan of Mia through the King series and basically went in to this one just to finish the series, but I enjoyed it so much I immediately bought Mack, next in series. If only it was on Audible, hint, hint

Nothing, absolutely nothing can prepare you for this epic creative paranormal listen that slowly uncovers truths you never expected, twists you never saw coming and a love that defied death, decades, demons and curses. I cannot try to describe all that happens without possibly giving away spoilers but what I will say is that Mimi Pamfiloff is a very talented and imaginative paranormal author who has delivered the final puzzle to Mia and King's story with an emotional and exciting ride that'll leave you breathless but ecstatic.

The ride kicks off to a pulse-pounding start then it doesn't let up as it throws in curveball after curveball with complex and unpredictable twists which are intense, chilling, thrilling, romantic, gut-wrenching, heartbreaking, sexy, mysterious, dramatic and through it all is a beautiful self-sacrificing love story. And, as the last few chapters finally explain the why's and the how's, you're mentally thrown back through each of the books to connect the dots and see the clues that were there all along..... mind boggling layers.

Told from Mia's POV but there were a few chapters/paragraphs from King's POV too and Helen Wick's narration helped to add all the emotions that this listen called for whilst you could always tell which, of the many characters, were talking and words became haunting mental pictures.

Worth a credit? This series is much more than I ever expected..... it's totally a new grid to any other paranormal listen..... way way out there. Very creditworthy and whilst it is a HEA ending it is open and could continue but whatever happens I hope Mack gets his own HEA story too.

I really love the book series I really feel bad for king 3000 years is a long time. There's a lot of twists i really didn't see coming. I'm glad it has a HEA.
