This is the story of Natasha and Trudy, two eighteen-year-old high school seniors who live in a beach city in southern California. They become good friends after meeting in a shoe store where Trudy works. They both attend the same high school and as they see each other during school, they form a very strong bond.
During a sleepover, they sleep in the same bed and a playful kiss eventually turns into a passionate French kiss that leaves both of them questioning their sexuality. As time goes on, they become more and more bold with each other and end up making love to each other at first in the shower, then in Trudy's bedroom.
They attend their senior prom together as friends, but end up raising more than a few eyebrows when they hold each other close during a slow dance late in the evening. After being applauded by some classmates but teased by others, they leave the prom early and race home so they can make passionate love with each other all through the night.
Side note: Trudy's mom is a lesbian and her female lover lives with her in the family house.
