The title says it all. At times, I was embarassed by the sexual scene and was waiting for a story and plot. There is none.

Well, great way to let off some steam, lol. Such a proper party that these characters attend and boldly fulfill the fantasies of their instant attraction. Short, to the point with a bit of humor. I was provided a free audio version without obligation and the narrator did an excellent job.

For some reason, I thought this was going to be 1880s, and not 1980s Boston. Nope. Modern day gal heads to a steampunk party and gets steamy with a very mouthy lord. Cue spanking, lost inhibitions and worshipping of nether lips and manly tips. The narration was great, but there wasn’t really a story here.
It was just a very explicit one night stand.

This was a quick and easy listen. I have been reading this author for a while and she is on my list authors I enjoy reading. This was not my favorite book by her. It was a steamy read and enjoyable enough for me to listen to the entire story. I will continue to read and or listen to books by this author. I think others will enjoy listening to this if they enjoy this genre. I liked the narrator. She was easy to listen to. She was able to bring the characters and story alive. I would listen to other books she has narrated any time.

I got this book a few days ago and could not wait to listen to it. I love steampunk and this party lived up to its name. It was a steamy romp which may not be for everyone but I found it rather entertaining. It quick, fun, and delightful to listen to Emma wilder did a great job. If you like it spicy then you should check this one out. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
