It’s a great place to visit in your mind. They did a great job with descriptions of the people and the place. I could really picture it.

I've been using text to speech for 25 years, so a synthesized voice doesn't bother me. Although this wasn't the best I've heard, it's not bad.
Good story. I was a little annoyed at the lack of introduction, but I learned to appreciate it when the POV character became aware of her circumstances.
