This book is basically theology of the body for protestants and evangelicals. If that is you and you are looking at getting into Pope John Paul II's Theology of Body this book is a good introduction.

Christopher West is an excellent ambassador of TOB and this particular book is such a gift to enjoy the usually missed Catholic content by Protestants, building a wide enough bridge for mutual edification. As a pastor myself, I totally recommend this book.

This is the absolute best book I've ever read about human sexuality. It has changed my life. The Holy Spirit showed me a perspective that I had never before had. I highly recommend but only for those who truly want more than what see from society today.
