We uncover a lot of information on Charon and the boys who whose backgrounds we learned about in Vol. 0.5. This upholds the excellent storytelling of the previous volumes, too. Although there are what could be at least partial conclusions to their stories, they were just enough to make me want more.

Vol 3 is available in print, but not yet in audio. As much as I’d like to read it, I’m making myself wait for the audio version. Dan Calley is worth the wait.

I love J A Jaken books, but this series is my favorite! Such wonderful world building and I rooted for these boys and Charon through the whole book. I could feel their connection with each other which I love. I listened to it and the narration was brilliant of course because it was Dan Calley. Loved the steamy goodness in this book and there is a whole lot of it!! Just great all the way around. You can’t go wrong with this series!!
