Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.

Thirty days. No vows. No mercy. Just pleasure and power.

Zyla Thompson is running out of time—and options. Her cancer diagnosis is devastating enough, but the skyrocketing cost of treatment threatens to steal what little hope she has left. With her insurance maxed out and her body fighting for survival, her husband turns to the last man anyone should owe a favor: Roman Knight.

Cold. Commanding. Corrupt.

Roman doesn’t do handouts. He collects. And when it comes time to settle the debt, Zyla shows up to beg for grace.

But Roman doesn’t do mercy.

He does possession.

The deal? Thirty days. Her body. His rules. Her life—entwined with his.

In exchange for covering every cent of her care, Roman wants her. Every second. Every inch. Every breath. No escape. No attachments. Just raw, unfiltered pleasure.

But behind Roman’s ruthless reputation is a man full of secrets, and behind Zyla’s strength is a woman aching to be seen, touched, and claimed.

What starts as a dark bargain soon spirals into something neither of them can control.

Because thirty days can change everything.

And the most dangerous thing Roman Knight has ever risked… is his heart.

Nadia this might be my favorite thus far! Usually i do NOT like virtual voice when listening to Audible, but once I started I could not stop listening. This book was full of desire and dreamable love. Zyla did not deserve the unfaithfulness from her husband nor her best friend. All this betrayal while fighting cancer, THE F***!!! Even though Roman was a street ninja, murder, and a hustler he and Zyla deserved REAL LOVE with each other. “YOU WERENT A WIFE YOU WERE A PATIENT and SOMETIMES I WISH CANCER HAD FINISHED THE JOB!” This sentence shattered me to pieces!!! When I say my chest tightened and I wanted to “pew pew” Eric’s B*tch ssa. This read was so intended that I started my review at chapter 27 kmsl. They deserved the happily ever after they got. Now I need a book about 10 years later lol.
