This is mostly just obvious dating advice that's regurgitated in every men's magazine on a monthly basis. What isn't ovious is appalling--women suggest they actually base an entire life-changing decision on such things as whether your bed is up against a wall and how many forks you have in the drawer. Because character is SOOO overrated. The section on "charm" is especially disgusting and manipulative.

A hodgpodge of obviousness.

Keep your political opinion to yourself. This isn't a political platform or an opinion column. Plus a few stories in here come out of nowhere, lead to no where, and simply distract. Not worth it all. Common sense bs.

Leave your politics at the door

If you like the magazine (I do), you will enjoy this book. It's nice to hear a woman's voice saying what a woman enjoys. Some of chapters are quick and concise, makes it nice if you want to stop and pick it up later.

Very good book

Best advice is from the guys who've been married for a long time. Also, the advice on what she looks for when entering your place.

Good nuts and bolts advice.

This book was short and concise and an easy listen. It was not Pope John Paul's "Love and Responsibilty" but if I want that I will read it, again, maybe a few more times. This was a light hearted look at how not to be obnoxious and that certainly is THE first step in finding a companion. I especially liked the essay on how to be charming; it might well have been titled "First Steps Toward Developing Character". This little gem was itself, charming. There's definitely some junk in here but there is some treasure too. I can reccommend this book for entertainment and to get you thinking. Just don't think this read is going to solve any serious problems.

some very good points for cretins
