Alas, Savion isn’t here, so I only have Grandma’s milkman to keep me company. I decided, after my messy breakfast, to take a shower. The one bad thing about country houses is that they have lots of windows, so you never know who’s watching you. Grandma’s big old-fashioned tub sat in front of a large window that opened in front of her garden. The shower was a spigot jutting from the wall. The soft water was one temperature--lukecool. In the summer, it was like rainwater washing all over you.
