Carrie is a successful real estate agent who has just closed on a million-dollar house. And even though she should be celebrating, she feels horrible as she realizes that her successful husband just left on a business trip to Chicago, with his secretary.

After a personal conversation with her life-long mentor, Carrie goes down to Destin, Florida, to unleash for a week or two. She realizes that she does love her husband, but that if he can sleep around and enjoy life to the fullest, then she can, too.

Carrie learns really fast how to celebrate big her success when her husband fails to be there for her, and she did have a lot of fun while at it. I voluntarily reviewed this audiobook.

The story was short and meh. I didn't find it good and it wasn't horrible. The narrator did a fine job with his performance.

Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times. I'll update my review if I listen again.

I have a new favorite book now. This is a super dirty read that will have you fanning your face. Do not listen to this book in mixed company because you won't be able to hide your facial expressions. I did receive this book for free in exchange for a honest review and I do review books for Audiobooks Unleashed.
