I think I loved book 2 more than 1! But I l seriously love Quin...and Rochelle...and Adley! Actually I love all of the characters in The Turning Series...but these ones may be my favs. Although Bric is next, so who knows! We saw a glimpse of his sweetness in this one...can't wait for His Turn! Another awesome story by JA Huss! And cannot go wrong with any of these narrators...fabulous!

Narrators did a great job. Yet again Julie Huss has me hooked on one of her book series. On top of that EOBS was something I could really relate to with my own nontraditional choices. Well done.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first book, and was pleased to finally get to meet the infamous Rochelle. And while Quin’s anger and pain were completely justified, I felt like he was emasculated by the author. Why did he have to become so whiny? He sounded like Eyore. Thrilled for them that they finally got the HEA, but what a way to get there!

So hot, but also soooo much whining.

Holy wowzers, this book is full of surprises. We see a completely different side to all the characters. I loved uncovering each nugget of info about their personalities. This is a love story between two people who are in a menage relationship.

This book is full of emotions and connections. Not just romantic ones either. We’re talking friends, family, found family. The secrets are overflowing and Huss keeps you guessing the whole way through. It was a tough road that Rochelle and Quin traveled to reach their HEA but I feel like each turn was necessary for them to arrive at the end. I also love that we get to know Bric more. There is so much more to Elias Brickman than I originally thought, and I can’t wait to listen to his story.

Of course, this centres around a men*ge relationship and a s*x club, so there is some pretty steamy stuff here, but that wasn’t what made this book. The connections and emotions were the stars in this book.

The audio of this one was fantastic again. Abby builds intrigue with Rochelle’s character and slowly reveals all her secrets. Tad is fantastic as Quin. He really nailed it with his performance. Quin is so complex, and yet underneath it all, his wants and needs are simple. He just wants love. Sebastian showed us all the surprising things about Bric’s personality, and I can’t wait to hear him voice Bric’s book next.

So if you like unconventional, hard-fought-for love stories, this is your book.
