Alice Smellie is a journalist and the co-author of Cracking The Menopause with Mariella Frostrup, as well as a co-founder of Menopause Mandate, the campaign group launched in spring 2022. She has written for many major UK publications, including The Daily Mail, The Times, The Daily Telegraph and Marie Claire on a wide range of subjects including health and beauty. She lives in Somerset with her three children and two spaniels.
