Amy S. Kaufman is the author of THE TRAITOR OF SHERWOOD FOREST (Penguin 2025), a Robin Hood retelling based on the medieval ballads. Her academic work includes articles on Arthurian legend, Chaucer, contemporary medievalism, and THE DEVIL'S HISTORIANS, a book on extremism and history (UTP 2020). A former medieval studies professor, Amy now writes from Vancouver Island near BC's very own Sherwood Forest.
