After 9 1/2 years and more rejections than a free cat at a dog show, I finally published my first book! My favorite part of this wild ride isn't just writing, it's connecting with incredible kids during my "A-Rockin' and A-Readin'!" school visits. My mission? To inspire young readers and prove that "never give up" isn't just a catchy phrase, IT'S HOW I GOT HERE. I dabble in everything from lift-the-flap, to picture books to early readers, poetry, non-fiction, and even puzzles and games.
