Paul M. A licensed real estate broker in California and Texas, Paul has been involved in more than 5 billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions nationwide. He holds multiple securities licenses and brings over 25 years of investment banking and real estate experience, working with top firms such as Marcus & Millichap, CBRE, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. An accomplished author and speaker, Paul has written several books on real estate investing and tax-deferral strategies, including "Tax Deferral Strategies Utilizing the DST" and "Real Estate Investing in the New Era". He earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and is passionate about helping investors build lasting wealth through strategic real estate investments.
