Rob Harrell wrote and illustrated the middle grade novel Wink, as well as the Life of Zarf series. He also created the syndicated comic strip Big Top, and currently writes and draws the strip Adam@Home. Monster on the Hill - his first graphic novel - has been turned into the animated feature film Rumble, out now on Paramount+. Harrell then wrote and drew a series of Batpig graphic novels - spun off from comics created by the main character of Wink. His latest novel Popcorn - about a middle school kid dealing with anxiety and OCD on a truly awful day - is out now and was recently awarded the ALA Schneider Family Award. He lives in Zionsville, Indiana with his dog, Shepler.
