She lives halfway up a mountain in Snowdonia, North Wales with her writing support team - Maid, Evie and Sandy, her rescue dogs. Driven by curiosity, (and highly developed procrastination skills) the starting point for her books often comes from social media and news stories. Once the seed of an idea is rooted in her brain, long walks with her dogs allows the ideas to percolate and grow into devious storylines. It is indeed a magical process and it’s always a surprise to witness how the original idea takes shape and evolves into the finished book.
