Sebastian Gröning grew up in the small German state of Saarland. His passion for writing began at the age of fourteen when he penned his first fantasy works. At eighteen, he married and moved to Austria for love. In addition to writing, his passion lies in acrobatics—both personally and as a trainer for children and young people. As a result, he now writes a variety of books on acrobatics, floor gymnastics, and general training, drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience.
