Jeff is a lonely man, after his wife, Alicia, died and his daughter, Janie, went off to college he hasn't had much companionship in his life. But with the semester ending, his daughter is coming home. He is overjoyed, but his daughter has a special surprise in store for him. She's bringing her roommate, Allie home for the break.
Allie has baggage of her own though, her mother's boyfriend had started hitting on her, and when she tells her mother about it, she's kicked out of her own house.
These two broken people need companionship, but can Jeff really do the things he wants to Allie? She is half his age and his daughters friend and roommate. His dilemma is made even worse when he finds out that Allie is still a virgin. What will they do?
