This problem is what many couple face. They will not or can not discuss what they really want and/or need. Although I loved the way the counselor shocked the couple into realizing there were unrealized desire. They still don't know what the true fantasies and or deep seated desires unrealized. A follow on chapter or multiple chapters would be ideal.

Love it but requires a follow on.
