The narrator pronounces jargon incorrectly

Pretty comprehensive current state of the art for generative AI applications.

Narrative pronounced A/B as “A slash B” and other glaring jargon mispronunciations. Distracting and hard to listen to.

Great Content - Must listen at 1.7x

problem = narrator is AI. It’s terrible at 1.0 speed, it’s pretty good at 1.7 speed though.

The content is great, a nice supplement to ‘The AI engineering bible’ (the only other technical audio books on AI engineering at the moment)

This book took her two years to write, so most examples are from 2023 and 2024. Luckily she tries to focus on the principles and higher level strategies that won’t go out of date so the lessons from the ecamples are mostly still relevant even though a 2 year old example is ancient history by now.

Good book but terrible AI voice narration

I love audiobooks but this is challenging because of the narration. I’ll have to buy the print book. The voice is dry and robotic. Hard to keep listening

Narrado por IA o robot

No se quien es Edelyn Okano pero la narradora no es. Está narrado por IA y aunque está bastante bien, el mismo tono, cansa. Además te lee las tablas, es desesperante. Para alguien que no es nativo Inglés se hace muy pesado. El libro debe ser bueno para leerlo, pero para escucharlo. En general me parece una estafa que se publique un libro narrado por IA. Esa es una de las cosas que aún debe hacer un humano, que sabría cuando leer una tabla, cuando resumirla o cuando saltarla. No escuchar siempre el mismo tono se agradecería.

De ahora en adelante me aseguraré de escuchar la prueba antes de comprar y si es robótica, pues adiós.

Ahora el contenido es bueno, yo me limite a escuchar los capítulos que me interesaban y bueno algo aprendí.
