Insightful

I have PCOS so it was crazy to me to realize the connection between that condition and ADHD. Thankful I was already on the right track, but I appreciate the insight as to the hormones that I need to hijack in order to feel and be at my best.

It seemed short and not so helpful waste of money. If you have ADHD it was hard to stay on track with the reader.
