Nash & Joshua

This was a good start to this series. Nash and Joshua had me hooked very early on. I read through this one in no time. I can't wait to get to the next book. I enjoyed listening to the audiobook for this one even more than reading it. Joel Leslie does a great job bringing this story to life.

Logan’s instalove FF100

I have read almost every Patricia Logan book and I love and appreciate the instalove vibes amidst the action scenes in most other stories. However, I struggled to accept just how quickly Nash went from being promiscuous and vehemently refusing to even entertain second encounters to basically a full fledged stepdad. It was sweet and I loved how he loved the kids but I did struggle with the speed of his turnaround.

I loved the action scenes and meeting the whole team was fun and presented as awesome men deserving of love too. I can’t wait for the rest of them to get their HEAs and join the family of FBI spouses.

A great start to a new series!

I love listening to an audiobook that I’ve previously read with my eyes. Sometimes I catch things I missed and sometimes it’s just a great voice actor that makes me love the story more the second time around. This time it was a a bit of both.

Patricia Logan writes great romantic suspense and I loved the little bits of light hearted things (a dog and plants) that helped to keep this from being too dark.

I’m looking forward to reading the next book. (It’s already on my TBR list.)
