I was so mad at Vera for most of the book. She made dumb decisions and failed to see the behavior that was toxic. I finally realized that she didn’t feel like she deserved any better. I hope all the Vera’s out there get the help they need and learn their worth. And I gone all the Brads get what they deserve.
