Well written; upbeat narration - both basic and advanced leadership guidance. Recommend for leaders and aspiring leaders at all levels.

DEI agendas at the finest

Fully believe in the power and benefits of a diverse team. But, this book is all “Judging others based on appearance while complaining about being judged for their appearance.” Double standards are commonplace throughout this book.
Really wanted it to lean in on getting people from any background and place to achieve the common goal. Took too much time to flesh out how the author felt condemned by the world for her race and sex over and over again.
Some decent points could’ve been home runs but were not even swung at while complaining about not measuring up.
Disappointing and a waste of time.
