I’m sorry but this is just gross and horrible

I don’t get it. I’ve never understood the being attracted to people who treat you like $hit. But here it’s even worse-the guys are awful, evil, and disgusting. They torture her, get off on her pain, their goal is to break her, and they fight over who gets to rape her to take her virginity. Oh and they brand her.
Then they don’t understand (and are enraged) that she’s not begging at their feet to Fu@# them.
The only way this could even eventually be described as a “romance” if it falls in one of those “ a shirtless guy and a few rubs later and she can’t control herself no matter what they do” stories.
Or, apparently, the Stockholm syndrome her into thinking it’s all for her benefit. Since her father lied to her, therefore everything they do is just fine and completely forgivable.
Can’t stand it.
I feel gross after listening to the parts I did.
