I struggle to find words to say how much I enjoyed listening to this book. Just what I needed , when I needed it.

More than I expected.

I truly enjoyed the narration by the author Kyle Gray.
Wish chapters/meditations were listed so can jump to specific ones in the future. Overall, the guided meditation was comforting and peaceful.
