Angel and the Misfits

To most people, Angel Powers is an ordinary twelve-year-old girl, but there is something special about her, something her name suggests. Angel has the ability to heal herself and others. After a near-fatal accident airs on national news, she is invited to a secret summer program for gifted children. For the first time in her life she is able to make true friends...and enemies. The summer is filled with more than just fun and games, however, and Angel soon discovers a mystery that could spell the end of the American Talent Instruction School and her new friends, the Misfits.
