Good, but could've been better.

Being a licensed Agent for more than 30 years I was interested to see what the author would cover for "beginners". For the most part I enjoyed the content. What I didn't agree with is how he states that Agents don't typically do what's in the best interest of the consumer. That they don't have to be as professional as a licensed Advisor. This is flat out wrong!!! As licensed Agents we are required to take continuing education every 2 years. We are required to take Ethics courses during this continuing education every 2 years. We get hammered on doing what right & in the best interest of the clients needs & objectives. You'll find shady Agents & Advisors in all markets. To allude that all "Agents" are out for themselves & commissions is ludicrous!!
