Great cookbook with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!! I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options- I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped! And these recipes are delicious, by the way!

If you suffer from any inflammatory diseases I highly recommend this book, it explains the inflammatory reasons and how many of the foods we eat worsen the condition. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. Great price also,well worth it.

Recently discovering what Anti-Inflammatory Diet really is, it has made me dive into the teachings of it and I am SO glad I found this book. It taught me so much information on the topic. Highly recommend!
