I feel seen

I started learning about attachment theory during a difficult phase in my life. After reading the book "Attached" I started to look for other resources that would specifically help me deal with my anxious attachment style. This book has been super. I feel seen and it takes me through not only what attachment theory is but also what shadow and self-work needs to be done to heal my anxious attachment and move towards being secure. My issue with self-help is that most times it tells us what the problem is and tell us all the ways we are flawed but not a lot actually tell us the steps to be done to heal. This book does just that and it does so with grace for the pain we are going through.
