Caroline is concerned by reports that the profession has lost the confidence and trust of many pet owners. Dr Caroline hopes to help pet owners navigate the fog of modern pet-care. Helping to find clarity beyond the clinical diagnosis and put animal welfare and family needs at the heart of the conversation.
