Twenty-Five Years of Slaying

In 1997, creator Joss Whedon revisited a screenplay that had previously been adapted into a relatively forgotten horror-comedy film: Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Dissatisfied with how the film turned out, Whedon developed his own version of the story as an allegory for the "horrors" of growing up. For seven years, Buffy and her friends (the Scoobies) battled demons, both of the metaphorical and literal kind and, along the way, took part in a series that defines the term "cult classic."

I liked it. It helped me want to explore the buffyverse and watch at least parts of the episodes

I absolutely loved this literary piece, which delved into one of my all-time favorite TV shows from my younger years. The author got me thinking about the intricate storytelling woven throughout the seven seasons. It was an incredible, fun time to remember all the ways this show truly stood out as one of the most exceptional productions in the world of television.

Fun Look Back

The authors views on characters largely aligned with mine. While I agree with his top three and several others, some of his rankings seemed wildly off base.
On the other hand differing opinions are interesting, even fun, to hear and honestly marvel at. But that's just me.
Worst thing about this was robotic inhuman AI "reader."
