I first became aware of this author listening to a podcast, IHEAL. I was so inspired by her words. I immediately bought this audio book when released. It’s impossible not to become overjoyed with inspiration when listening to her speak. I love how she speaks to neuroscience and Neuro plasticity. I know 2023 is going to be my best year yet and this book is definitely part of my process.
