I thought I had my future planned: turn 18, graduate high school and head to college; until an attack on my house changed everything. Turns out I’m not human. On my 18th birthday I’ll awaken as a vampire, unlock my magic and be bonded to an element, giving me extra abilities. But even that doesn’t go according to plan.

When I arrive at Potestatem Academy it becomes obvious just how powerful I am and the lengths that others will go to use me for their own gain. And that’s without them knowing my true heritage, a heritage that I learn I can’t ignore.

My name is Catalina Walker and I have to learn to navigate Supernatural society and control my powers before the vampires who want me dead find me.
