Wish I hadn’t been determined to listen to the whole thing

It is hard to nail down all the aspects of this story I did not like. From the pretentious language which was an obvious attempt to impress (sadly in todays poorly educated world many of the words used will not be understood) to the unbelievably inane ending, it was a waste of my time.

Wow

To be engrossed in the life of Winifred was a gift. Her story is filled with sorrow, joy and humor. I had so many emotions while listening to this novel and even more when it ended. Author Catherine Johann has such a talent with words that this work of fiction felt like poetry at times. Winifred’s Journey through life is beyond captivating, and the author does such a wonderful job of expressing her story… and what a story she has! It’s impossible not to fall in love with this fierce and unique character.

I highly recommend this incredible piece of work.
