Before the Night Forgets

Before the Night Forgets is a lyrical coming-of-age fable that follows a young boy’s journey to becoming a wandering poet under his father’s gentle mentorship. Through a series of annual fireside storytelling sessions that begin on the boy’s eighth birthday, the novel unfolds as part spiritual parable, part philosophical dialogue, and part heartfelt family saga.

Mulic structures the narrative as an episodic chronicle, weaving introspective lessons into the fabric of an evolving father-son relationship.
