Fantastic Read

This is the first time that I actually began to cry from an audiobook, the tragedie of Tyrions life hit me right in the feels.
The series is well written and Wyndham brings the whole thing to life.

This entire series has been fantastic

You should listen/read this entire Illiniel series in the order the author recommends starting with The Blacksmiths Son and ending with the Severed Realm. It’s awesome!

Dark and intricate. Confronting and ingenious. Hard to listen to at times but not for the performance rather the depth in the story. Awesome book and series.

The characters are wonderful

the whole series is worth finishing. the story is a haunting reminder that evil can be caused by unbearable pain and that people are largely controlled by their circumstances.
