Outstanding performance

I loved this nod towards an old classic. reads like Big Trouble in Little China meets Army of Darkness.

the writing style is a bit simple for my taste I enjoy a more integrated dialog into the story. the story on its own has good bones and I can see many hours of listening to these books. narrator best on 1.2 speed

Fun inspired adventure from the move

This was fun. I had just watched Big Trouble, Little China movie when this book released. There were a lot of nods to Jack Burton and the movie. The three characters were well developed and the story was absurd like always but that’s why I read these kinds of books. Read it. It’s a blast.

Great story reminiscent of Big Trouble in Little China. Oliver Wyman's voicing knocks it outta the park. Definitely picking up the next installment.
