Intriguing!

This is a great book. It’s an intriguing mystery and I just adore Francine! She is super witty and fun. The author did an excellent job developing her character. Would recommend.

Cozy mystery and wine

Francine Witt is amazing at what she does. She gets to investigate mysterious things and drinks wine. My favorite person. She is a really good investigator and she is funny and witty. Can’t wait for the next series of her mystery’s.

Not your average cozy mystery

Much deeper and more serious than the first book in the series. Very entertaining, but in a very different way. The characters are intelligent, intriguing but inherently wicked. This story will take you on an unexpected journey - highly recommended.

Francine is friendly and observant, moving among suspects with charm and cunning. The mystery is well paced. Ella Whitehead knows when to emphasize and when to hold back, creating a narrative that is very easy to follow.
