How COVID-19 Illuminated the Need for Change Management

This is a story of my experience living in Costa Rica during the pandemic and observing what was happening around the world. We will cover my Change Management methodology Stop, Prepare, Act, which we will use to analyze changes that happened during the pandemic, but we will also practice using your real-life example.

In addition, we will cover the 10 most significant performance improvement interventions the Costa Rican government implemented to successfully manage the pandemic (the change). At the end of the day, this is a leadership and management book but as a bonus, we will cover the “sunny-side” of the pandemic…and yes, there is a sunny-side.
