When Kitties Turn Deadly

After an ancient virus is unearthed in an Egyptian tomb by an archaeology grad student, he unwittingly sets it loose in a small Northwestern town. Cats begin acting strange and aggressive, forming packs and roaming the streets after dark, attacking people and dogs. Human victims of these attacks develop vertical pupils as they begin to lose their minds.

As the “catagion” infecting the town’s cats threatens to spread far beyond, an epidemiologist and a local veterinarian race to uncover a 3,000-year-old cure from ancient catacombs in time to contain the plague and save lives in this offbeat, nail-biting mix of science, science-fiction, horror, and humor through the eyes of a laid-back, quick-witted high school senior.

Warning: you may never look at your kitty in quite the same way again....
