Neil Baggio sits down for a conversation long overdue, with an inmate at FCI Milan. Neil will find out the interview, along with this new case, are tied together beyond him. This case will have Neil sending his team to international waters while he stays home to work the case and the interview.

This case brings many questions to the forefront as he must interact with an intellect that understands him more than he realizes. With Gaines chemical, all signs point towards a cover-up, but which part? There are so many skeletons in the closet of this powerful chemical company. Once a staple in the community, built by the CEO’s parents, he has turned his family company into an enterprise.

Leaning on unlikely support, Neil will work with convicted felons, inmates, and dirty guards to survive this case. But will he survive it? Will he uncover all that lies below?
