More than what I expected

Dr. Pullman tells the reader up front that this book is written for doctors, to help them treat their patients. But I found it full of advice and suggestions for improving health that anyone can apply to improve their own health. Pullman’s suggestions are easy to understand and seem to be sound. Ms. Slaughter’s narration is smooth, easy to listen to and professional. She clearly presents Pullman’s interesting ideas.
